I am a certified counsellor who offers a variety of modalities to help you in your journey. Whether you are facing depression, anxiety, life changes, relationship challenges, or addiction, there is hope and healing.
I practice using the following therapeutic approaches: Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Somatic, Narrative, Strengths-based, Solution-focused, Cognitive-Behaviorial (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-focused, Person-centered, and Humanistic.
